Elf bane Set

(3 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) Increases the duration of your Flame Damage abilities by 2 second

So this set does not work for EoTS, and grothdarr.

I noticed that if you keep spamming Bar swap while the mouse is over EoTS the tool tip WILL say 9 secs (for less than .1 of a second) before it goes back to 7.

My back bar was another set, so it was constantly taking off and putting the ELF BANE set on.

Is this a clue in fixing this set? @ZOS_GinaBruno

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly (I'm not a native speaker), but Elfbane has to be active to work. So if you dont have 5pc after weapon swap, it will not extend the time any longer.
So I would say: working as intended.

Grothdarr was working when I last time used that combo.
Not sure what EoTS is, but maybe it was only related to the swap issue?

Eye of the storm.
Because ESO updates buffs every 0.1s swapping weapons if EB is only on frontbar, immediately cuts off the duration. It needs to be on both bars all the time, like body pieces or so. Only problem that its a heavy set.
