7-10 would make the most sense.

Selfishly I don’t personally care about the rest. I have only 3 requests that will make it fun for me again:
Return Bosmer stealth, make Siphoning Attacks opposite resource, remove or separate group queue from BGs.
    #FiteForYourRite Bosmer = Stealth

The game performance items are what needs to be done. Items like hiding armor slots are petty in comparison and hiding CP will never happen as long as CP exists as it is very much the players level.

    6. Plant-able Alchemy and Food Ingredients and/or Fishing at home.
From the above options that sounds like the most fun timesink ;D

Seriously though, just fix the servers. Too much downtime and broken important game functions.

Also, some new GFX tricks wouldnt hurt when the new consoles run out.

Iv'e been lurking for a fairly long time, and for what it's worth, I think there is a big difference in what folks are complaining about and what the metrics of player action tells the devs, and from what I have read and been told the devs always follow metrics.

Defensive buffs and offensive buffs need to be in perfect balance. This game favors defensive.

Healing abilities, and damage shield strength should not scale off of offensive stats.

Proc sets need to be weak since they cost nothing and are equally powerful on tanks as they are glass cannons.

    Remove cast times from ultimates.

Skills that are available to every class should be significantly weaker than class skills that cause a similar effect.

Give uppercut and flurry an instant cast morph.

Allow dodge roll to work on non-ground AoEs and channels.

Classes that lack strong healing should have easy access to defile.

Classes that have strong healing should not have easy access to defile.

Rework battlegrounds entirely: 2 teams instead of 3, separate queues for teams and solo, separate queues for CP and non-CP. Get rid of MMR and instead add a competitive mode that puts you on the leaderboard with MMR, and make it for pre-made groups only. Prevent multiple of the same class on one team in order to prevent the damage of overperforming classes.

CP should reward investment. 50 points invested should reward 25% of the total value not 75% as it is now.

PvE needs to be more reactionary rather than bullet sponges with predictable mechanics.

Add the PvP Justice system that was originally intended.

Add spell crafting and something analogous for stamina.

Don't continue to dumb down combat such as greying out a CC when your target is CC immune, or preventing animation cancelling.

Allow us to pick our racial passives; making race choice cosmetic only.

Increase the difficulty of overland PvE.

Continue to create incentives to go to IC, and especially the sewers.

Add a dueling arena with leaderboards.

Add a non-combat mini game that's enjoyable like a card game. Think final fantasy.

I doubt anyone can offer a well thought out logical justification for this other than they do not want healers to be able to do damage as well.

All of above would be good. Although I swapped from console a UI improvement would good, something along the lines of Dark UI and the ability to edit buffs to track. This won't be a big deal on PC because we can do it already, but it still will be a nice addition mainly for the console community.

Other than that I feel performance, mainly in cyrodiil needs to be fixed along with actually doing/adding something for that side of the community. Maybe a new pvp zone, some actual rewards.....you know, something that shows you care.

    8. Please fix Cyrodiil Lag/Loading-Times.
Voted for Cyrodiil, because it's put me off ever going there these days (and I used to build my characters around Cyrodiil group support roles).

I'd also love a visual overhaul for the game though, to see us through the next console generation, since TES6 is still half a decade away. ESO has at least another 5 years to go, and it already looked dated in many aspects at launch. Most notably the complete absence of an LOD system (permanent wall of fog, no beautiful distance views possible from hills and mountains) and the god awful flora tech for trees and grasses. Character animations for things as simple as moving are also terribly stiff, and jumping controls poorly.

I fear ESO will lose out to the competition from next gen MMOs if it doesn't visually overhaul the above at the very least. If the overhaul doesn't come with Skyrim in 2020, then 2021's expansion is the last chance saloon imo. There is a mod called Daybreak that pushes the fog way back, proving it's possible to do, and while older zones have ugly LOD exposed as a result, the latest zones tend to have some pretty detailed LOD which suggests this may be a long term plan for ZOS (they just need to find the time to update old zone LOD too):

    7. Please fix the Dungeon-Finder.
Went with 'Fix Dungeon Finder' because that was the closest... but actually, fix the servers in general please.

Sure it's annoying when the Dungeon Finder doesn't even allow me to queue up, sure it's annoying when it bugs out and gives me 40 minute wait times as a healer even though I get in immediately if I keep unuqueuing and requeueing, sure it's annoying when 'someone has declined the ready check, you've been placed back in the queue' but you're in a full premade... but the server issues themselves are far worse because they affect the game as a whole.

So please fix the EU servers, make it so that we don't have to have a maintenance right after the actual maintenance, make it so that we can actually log in during events, make it so that we don't get system overloads that result in the game spewing back uncontrolled trader bid refunds, make it so people can't exploit bugs to earn and keep paid content like the free Necro bug, make it so you don't introduce new bugs and exploits in every major patch.

Requiring me to run around doing busybody work, does not entice me to play more, it makes me rather spend my free time playing other games instead. Games where I can actually just do those fun things instead of constantly farming for mats or playing the RNG lottery.
This is actually a pretty good point, though I doubt they will change it unfortunately.

ESO would have one of the best, if not THE best crafting system in any current MMO... except for the research times and temper rarities. So I can't really recommend ESO's crafting to my friends, because it takes 5 months to be even remotely useful, and actually over 9 months if players want to be serious about crafting. People want to play the game now, people want to craft for their characters now if they put in the effort, not after 9 months after the arbitrary timegating expires. Research times are just an unnecessary hassle with no purpose other than to sell the artificual solution to this artificial problem in the form of Research scrolls.

And the same goes for temper rarities, especially Jewelcrafting which has separate Grains and Platings rather than just a single Temper item like all other Professions. This took the fun out of the profession entirely and JC is still by far the worst profession, even after they buffed the writ voucher rewards after they realized JC writs are useless since nobody in their right mind would waste their precious grains and platings on them. Some style mats are also pretty bad to farm up, as well as runes and furniture materials... So yeah grinding and unnecessary timegating ruins systems despite their inherently pretty great potential.

Add a non-combat mini game that's enjoyable like a card game. Think final fantasy.

As far as actual buffs go, there are three major offensive buffs (Brutality/Sorcery, Savagery/Prophecy, Fracture/Breach) to two defensive (Resolve/Ward, Protection). Skill buffs aren't why defense is so strong right now.

There are no other stats for healing to scale with, and most shields and self heals scale with Max Health, not offensive stats.

Proc sets don't need to be weak, though they may benefit balance-wise from scaling.

Sure, once the constant lag issues are fixed.

Might as well remove non-class skill lines.

Uppercut and 2h in general are meant to be slow and hard-hitting. Instant cast flurry would just be what, an Empowered light attack?

Dodge roll already is basically immunity. There can be some counters.

Every class has access to decent healing, and of course the Restoration line. So I guess nobody gets defile?

I agree about the two teams thing, as well as adding a legit comp mode. That said, only allowing premades for comp just means it'll be dead (Competitive games like League and Overwatch still opt to allow matchmade teams for a reason), and there aren't enough classes to limit it to one of each.

CP is getting removed or reworked soon TM.

The problem right now isn't necessarily that PvE isn't reactionary. It's just most of the things you need to react to are incredibly slow, especially in overland. But overall I agree something needs to change here.

No comment because I have no experience with player-based justice systems.

If someone can actually make a way for spellcrafting to work and not be a complete balancing nightmare, I'm all ears. Until then, I wish people would shut up about it.

Is this something they've talked about?

Might as well remove racial passives altogether. Which, might not be a terrible idea given how difficult they seem to be to balance.

Lots of ways to do this, just a matter of ZoS deciding it's worth it compared to number of casual players they stand to lose (Don't know exact numbers of course, this may turn out to be a non-issue).

I'm all for giving players reasons to do the content in the game. Right now there are dreadfully few.

Admittedly don't know why this doesn't exist yet.

Not every game needs to be the Witcher. Non-combat mini games include gathering, crafting, exploring, Fashion Scrolls Online, etc. That said, ES Legends just got killed so maybe they'll just incorporate that. Lul.

@Ksariyu hey bud thanks for taking the time to go through my suggestions. I'll try to respond to the responses that I feel you were evoking a response from me with.

"There are no other stats for healing to scale with, and most shields and self heals scale with Max Health, not offensive stats."

I would actually rework stats to account for this. Every character regardless of build has a decent amount of mag/stam and WD/SD so I would make it so healing/damage shields scale of their respective max stat primary, and damaging abilities primary scale off of WD/SD. The fact that everyone who heavily specs into damage naturally has high healing/strong damage shields. The balance between offense and defense should mean the more you invest into one the more you sacrifice from the other.

"Proc sets don't need to be weak, though they may benefit balance-wise from scaling."

If it were up to me proc sets wouldn't even exist. They're an ugly stain on this game's balance.

"Every class has access to decent healing, and of course the Restoration line. So I guess nobody gets defile?"

The lack of defiles is why healing has gotten so out of hand.

"Is this something they've talked about?"

It's been a minute since I've played so forgive me if I'm mistaken, but aren't moves such as fossilize or rune cage greyed out when your target is CC immune?

"Not every game needs to be the Witcher. Non-combat mini games include gathering, crafting, exploring, Fashion Scrolls Online, etc. That said, ES Legends just got killed so maybe they'll just incorporate that. Lul."

Mini games are fun. From card games to blitz ball to gwynt(I think that's how it's spelled) mini games are always an enjoyable time killer in combat focused games. Plus it adds another opportunity to spark the market.

I'd really love the option to filter by known recipes/motifs in guild trader listings - would save so much time doing Grand Master Crafter endlessly scrolling through crafting motif chapter lists for ones i don't have already - yes they changed the text to green - but why not add a filter so you only see motifs you don't know?
