Found the first one:
Skywatch quest will not make any progress, mudball counter remains 0/10.
I stay in the circle, target players and NPC, use the collection and the consumable mudballs, restart quest, restart game, change zone, nothing helps.

✭✭✭✭You’re supposed to use them on players, then one of the hoity toity ambassadors. You don’t need a memento or any mudballs just press the appropriate key/button on cue.
Note that some people don’t really like mudballs as it appears you’re having sh*t thrown at you, which was why the jester’s coloured pies were a much better idea.0
