Moongrave Fane - Grunwulf's Unrelenting Force Telegraph

My friends and I have been working through the hardmodes of dungeons and just moved on to Moongrave Fane. While attempting the hardmode, we noticed that Grundwulf's telegraph for the area soon to be affected by his Unrelenting Force shout does not always display the correct area. Sometimes we will be hit by the Unrelenting Force while outside of the telegraph area.

DarkShadowFax✭✭✭Can confirm. Either me or my team members have been hit by a wild Fus Ro Dah while standing next to the telegraph area or even completely behind Grundwulf.
