Battleground queue bugs

I was able to isolate some of the issues that have been occurring in the BG finder.
Queue as group (3 or 4 people it doesn't matter). When you get the ready check, if all people of the group accept and one decline or does not accept the readycheck, the other people are ported into BG while one that did not accept remains out of the instance. This lead every time to a team of 3 people, and the missing one is never going to be replaced by the finder
This happens 100% of the times. Looks like if someone does not accept the ready check for whatever reason, his spot is still taken into account in the instance, and he is never going to be replaced during the match.
