Housing Perms/Banlists/Visitor Lists Not Loading

PCNA live, this patch especially, but sporadically in previous patches.
The housing permissions lists are failing to load and operate as intended. This is both gamepad and keyboard mode, and I know it's server side because I was at one of my private homes and random people started showing up lol. I'm looking at the screen right now for another one of my very private homes and in 20 minutes the Perms have not loaded.
This is an issue for people with lots of homes, with some set up of course for guildies and other homes locked down with only a couple people on the guest list for private social time. The Banlists are not loading either, which is not a nice thing for those of us with creepy stalkers.

Longtimer since beta, the usual. 26 CP toons. ~1700cp on main account, 1000cp on 2nd account. Endgame-ish lol. Most Vets / some HM's cleared.
