One of my characters cannot group

I submitted a ticket in-game but 1) there was no appropriate category and 2) this problem is specific to one of my characters.
One of my characters cannot group, whether inviting or trying to accept invites — the person who sent the invite will get a message that the person failed to join the group. This problem started yesterday after running a dungeon (EH1) and no one could leave group. We just ran another and then everything seemed to work fine and everyone was able to leave group; except I could not then regroup with my friend. Their character is not experiencing this problem and I can group with them (or anyone else) with other characters on my account, but this one character of mine cannot group with anyone, at least not by invitation (I haven’t tried group finder again with them).
Update: Able to join dungeons via group finder but cannot group via invite nor queue for battlegrounds at all. I have submitted a ticket online and appreciate that I was contacted quickly! The issue is now being investigated.
