Please please for the love of the Tribunal make these two NPC's shut up.
In the few months they have been here I must've heard them over 200 times. They are in every major city. For some reason you can hear them from over 50 feet away and even through the walls of interiors. If you step away for 10 seconds they will repeat their entire conversation again. And on top of that, let's be honest, the voice acting is pretty grating. It's even the worse then the Wrothgar orc lady that goes "DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU" because her line only takes 2 seconds and is easily remedied by accepting the quest.
We get it. There are dragons in Elsweyr. We've all seen them. Now please stop.

✭✭✭✭For players who have done Dark Brotherhood they could implement some mini-quest for Stuga, the dragon lady and other annoying NPCs. You receive a contract for them, then after you kill them you can loot an item from them that optionally starts that quest

SirLeeMinion✭✭✭✭✭Agreed, getting ambushed by a mob of starter quest NPCs at not just one, but many wayshrines has become annoying. At the very least they could leave the current DLC NPC up and consign the rest to a job board or perhaps use just one DLC NPC at a given location.
The "...dragons in your own homeland..." dialogue has not yet replaced my least favorite NPC, which is the "HALT! I was sent for you" guy that follows you all over Riften. But, it is steadily moving up on the list, because the dragons conversation seems to be everywhere.2 -
