Frostcaster Style and Stalhrim?

So where do I find Stalhrim at so I can create some Frostcaster Armor? Is it located in Dungeon's is it a rare drop? Thanks. Worst-case scenario I'll make it an outfit to wear. If that's possible? I read a post about mimic stones? In order to create it?

✭It can only be found by deconstructing frostcaster gear. Basically you need to craft frostcaster gear using mimic stones and then decon it to get a stalhrim shard. It’s best just to use the motif as an outfit style.2
