[Visual Bug] Ebony Motif Medium/Heavy Chest cloth clipping bug.

So the Ebony medium and heavy chests have a real problem with the back cloth flap clipping through the armor when on foot and doing anything but walking at default speed. The bug appears on all races of both genders with the exception of the Khajiit and Argonians as a result of their tails disabling the back cloth flap.
I know that ZOS has fixed visual issues with other armor motifs such as the light apostle clipping issue so I'm hoping this issue gets attention and a fix.

Here are some screenshots of the cloth clipping bug in action. I thought about making a short video showcasing it but with the issue being easily reproducible on both the PTS and live servers I decided against doing so.
