Slowest loading screens I've ever seen in a game - broken game

Wow, this game is truly broken. I was in Ruins of Mazzatun, my game literally just freezes, for a good 10 seconds in the middle of it, while fighting a boss. Of course, I die, I get ressed shortly after, we finish the boss. My FPS was stable, but I thought to lower the graphics, wow, what a mistake, it just basically froze the game, of course the Elder Scrolls ring was spinning, but it just didn't load, for minutes on end; so I alt-f4'd, restarted Elder Scrolls and OH MY GOD, I haven't seen loading screens like it EVER before.
Obviously, by the time I got back I was dead, tp'd out the dungeon and the group had been disbanded.
