As title says, the skill is currently broken and being abused in BGs by some players (who also get crazy high scores before of it).
While there are not many NB healers out there, some people are exploiting the fact that this skill heals through obstacles (including massive walls). As a result, they simply get in a corner, out of sight, and drop massive heals on people around, doesn't matter the number of obstacles in between. All they have to do is point at one ally, ignoring the fact there's a different floor, a massive rock, or else, between them, and spam heal.
For some reason, this also grants insane amount of points in BGs (over 6k every round).
I am not sure this is an intended feature. I mean, it really can't be.

✭✭✭✭✭This is no exploit. There are many heals that ignore LoS. You want to know which other heal does this? Sorcerer's Matriach Heal has an higher healing tooltip and also ignores LoS.6 -
