Berserker Rage Morph Not Giving Immunity

At title states, when I use Berserker Rage and it lands, it often does not give me the CC immunity that the skill promises to give me for those 8 seconds. I still get rooted and snared. I was honestly debating whether I should post this as I'm sure many are aware of this bug and I'm sure it probably has been posted before but uhh yeah...here goes nothing. Doubt it will be fixed but at this point ZOS can only go up so here I am posting this bug.
P.S. Dear ZOS, would be really nice if you guys could also fix the Psijic Ultimate Undo, and actually have it work where it returns me to my original location 4 seconds ago along with my resources I had 4 seconds ago. Sometimes it works, but more often than not, it doesn't work.
