[PC-NA] Large Graphical Glitch in Lunar Hall House

When you enter the Halls of Colossus portion of the Hall of the Lunar Champion house in northern Elsweyr, one of the large, distant mountain LOD's(?) appears to be broken, showing the mountain effectly "cut in half" facing where the players see. Regardless of whether you're viewing it from far away or move up close, this problem seems to persist. Moving up closer only loads part of the mountain in a bunch of disconnected chunks. Its the only mountain that does this so clearly its unintentional or not distance related.
This is with everything set to High, so its not settings-based, and as I said it only happens to this one mountain.
