Why no negate against stam.

Back before they nurfed it you could stun and lock down anyone in a negate. Then they changed it for good reason it was very over tuned but why did they make it only negate mag classes. please consider some way of negating stam put them on even grounds.

Yeah i understand that so how would one go about negating a stam toon. I see this as one of the many reasons people roll stam so we need to put them on equal grounds when it comes to locking them down like a mag class. stuns and CC's sure but most are single target and we're seeing a lot more groups rolling with stam stacking tight its very hard to CC all of them without having to get right in the middle of them all.

In a game where stam has nearly no disadvantage over mag (and soon no disadvantage at all when they nerf HoTs), are you really that surprised?

How would you actually negate stam skills? If it affects all stam skills, how would mag break free, roll dodge, or block if not using ice staff?

What you are suggesting seems it would screw mag even more then it would stam. Now mag would have to contend with traditional negate on top of a stam negate.

Would gladly accept it if it would count as a free CC immunity after break free.

yeah this is why i'm guessing it would have to be the same as normal negate even though they can roll dodge out of it a mag toon can just walk out as well. So i don't see why we couldn't just silence stam skills. maybe they didn't do it because they couldn't find a way to negate skills only and it was also effecting roll dodge and block.

I like the idea of a stamina-supressing Disarm, but I struggle with the practicality of applying it.

If its an AOE equivalent to Negate, I imagine it would work out a little like this:
Step 1: ZOS gives one class an AOE stamina disarm for an ultimate as an equivalent to Negate
Step 2: PVP Ball groups stack both Negate and Disarm
Result: No one has a good day. Mag users complain that they still have to use more precious stamina, percentage wise, to escape than Stam users. No one is happy, except possibly ball groups who use the Negate/Disarm combo more effectively than their opponents.

I'm all for new things. This game is becoming stale and we need new ults, skills, weapons, etc. So any suggestion that adds something new to skills, in general, is ok with me.
