chat pad for ps4 controller?

the thing that makes this game hard with regard to social aspects is lack of a keyboard. I've seen several that fit into the controller. I think this is a MUST have but before I get one Id like to get some recommends. I have a Ps4 Pro. Id id like a pad that works flawlessly with ESO and other games that might have text/chat. Tho ESO is my primary reason for wanting it at the moment.

Alternatively keyboards? Dont need anything fancy but as above sure has to work well with the PS4 Pro and Eso.

I have the original PS4, not the Pro, but I imagine it won't make a difference in this regard.

I have been using for the past 1.5-2 years a wireless bluetooth keyboard I ordered off Amazon for $20. Was relatively easy to get paired with my PS4. Can be used while also using a bluetooth headset, although sometimes I have to turn the keyboard on and off again to make it register (as if having both bluetooth devices trying to connect at the same time is an issue, but an off/on switch flip generally resolves it for me).

controller pad sucks imo. Just get a wireless keyboard and you're good to go.

If your going to text, use a keyboard.

You can also download the PlayStation app and use your phone as a keyboard. It's annoying, but it's free.

PS4 Chatboost It's a really great add on chat pad. Because it lights up and gives you double the battery life. Basically it boosts it.
