Yep. Just another case of "I'll be happy when everything looks like candy". I play on an OLED screen with HDR turned on, if there's one thing about ESO is that it still looks really good 5 years after launch. Never felt the need for these third party reshaders. But hey, that's just a matter of taste. If OP likes it and is proud, that's cool.

Wow really? Then it must be the due to the "post aliasing" I made. You could play with just the lighting/contrast settings wich IMO removes the "flat, painted on, non depth" graphics of Vanilla.I find that "before" screenshots look more realistic than "after".

Yeah... My goal was never to make it candy looking as you put it. Do you mean more how japanese games look? Maybe it's my screen settings but to me this setting gives the graphic "another dimension"

Fair enough. As you may have guessed, I don't go for oversaturated colours. In a world of anime-inspired fantasy MMOs, I feel ESO's "quieter" graphics are more of a fit for me. In any case, you claim that your settings are more realistic, which suggests some sort of objective improvement that is in fact a matter of taste and opinion, that may be what's getting me and a couple of others to nit pick at your post

Yeah, it certainly does look better. The shadows really do give the world a bit more depth. Good job OP!

Thanks man! That was my main goal, even though it's really easy to make it look even better than this setting but it won't look like ESO and it will ruin the in game menus.i'll give it a try, looks nice on the examples!
edit: i LOVE it so far. changes things not too much but enough to make it look better (IMO) and still like ESO. congratulations!
I'll try fiddling with the blur/sharpen when I'm off work. Have you tried it in game? I can't fathom how anyone who used it still won't see more than just the blur change?Morgha_Kul wrote: »All I see is added blur.
