Can't change country (even when I try to submit a support ticket)

I would really like to change my country from United States to United Kingdom, considering I moved here about a year ago, especially in order to purchase the Elseweyr upgrade.
But when I try to submit a support ticket for this specific problem, I am prompted to log in again. After entering my login information, the page simply does not respond to my login attempts (as if the 'login' button is just an image, not a link), though the information is correct.
