Cyrodiil Bug

Last night 29/11/2019 I was in cyrodiil_ EP balokdaan campain and experienced the following bug : My character died without being in a fight and was logged out of the game . When i relogged my character reset the Alliance war skill line and reset Assault at lvl4 when before that it was max at lvl10 . The same happened for the Support skill line . I can include fotos that shows I had opened the skill line before at max lvl
Is this a known bug ?
It happened from any addon i use in game ?

I understand you had an issue that occurred last night while in Cyrodill where your Alliance Skill Line reset after your character died without being in a battle. No worries, hopefully we can shed some light on this issue for you today.

We are aware of a rare issue where occasionally your Assault and Support skill lines can be reset to one. We are working on a solution which should prevent this from happening and the issue that causes it will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

With that in mind, we are unable to manually add skill lines to individual characters, and the skill line will need to be releveled manually by participating in either Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds. I understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for. I wish there was more we could do for you, and we greatly appreciate your understanding on the matter.

they could manually add the required amount of crowns to purchase the skill line from crown store to your account though
