Titain✭✭✭I did not even look being a level 1212, I have no idea how I got a low level pair of boots, well that sucks I made the legendary too. you are correct. I was trying to put a CP 160 glyph on a level 26 pair of boots. now if I can figure out where they came from or how I got them scratched head.0

)
You made a run in CoH (on normal?) with a 26 char in the group.
You saw in your add-on that this guy got the loot piece you were looking for and asked him if you can have it.
