Mining - Collecting Mats time (tick) lowered from 3 to 1 since yesterday?

Can someone confirm that the time to mine - collect materials is lowered from 3 ticks to 1?
I've noticed today while mining or collecting the mats that there is only one tick required to collect, instead of 3, can someone confirm that the time is permanently lowered, I missed this change in any of the patch notes.

✭✭✭✭If you spend 75 green CP in the Lover constellation you will unlock the Master Gatherer passive that will give cut the harvesting animation in half. Ok so basically I don't have to invest any points in Master Gatherer, as soon as it is unlock it will apply 50% right?

Nope, double checked, the skill is called Master Gatherer (lower your mining time 50%) and I have 0 points there, I mean I know where I'm putting points, and avoiding playing while drunk
So really, I just checked a minute ago, in both Elsweyr zones and in Glenumbra, both on mining and herbal nodes, time to collect is 1 tick.
I mean, if someone could log in and check that would be great.
I'm asking because this is a big change and missed that in patch nodes, so I'm not sure why I'm having 1 tick since yesterday.Edited by RefLiberty on November 29, 2019 4:12PM0 -
