✭✭✭✭✭Note that the Northern Elsweyr dragon hunt daily quest can be obtained immediately in the city of Rimmen. The Southern Elsweyr dragon hunt daily quest can only be obtained after doing first part of the zone story quest (does not take long) and quest giver is in an upstairs side room that can be easily missed.6 -

✭✭✭✭I did N. Elsweyr one with a lowbie (ded a lot) and reward was generous 10 iron ore. Loot table made by same department that does Crown Crates, I guess.
That's the event introductory quest you pick from the Impresario kiosk. My guess it's just to guide you to the actual quest givers for the dailies in that zone. It shows as repeatable (blue arrow), but it has 2 possible turn in points, one in Rimmen, near battlereeve Tanerline who gives the dragon dailies for North Elsweyr, the other upstairs in the Dragonguard Sanctum on the island off the coast of South Elsweyr, near Chizbari the Chipper that gives the same quest for the respective zone. But once you complete that initial quest, it won't be available in the subsequent days. daily kill 3 dragons:
N. Els = just south of the port in Rimmen.
