Dominion Imperial Guard is a PCNA, AD PvP guild. They are very tolerant of newbies to PvP and run 3-4 times a week in Kaal and sometimes the unlocked CP and nonvet Cyro.
You can find them on the guild finder and apply to join. The recruiters will send you an invite if you have a guild slot free.

✭✭✭✭✭If you are from PC/NA, I will back @Katahdin and say DIG as well. I have been in and out of DIG, depending on whether I am primary PvPing or PvEing that patch and they are very friendly. Even though, they are a PvP guild, they have some great PvErs I met there as well as a guild trader.1
