Reshade menu not coming up, and crashes game attempting it. Anyone else having this same issue?

I reinstalled both reshade and eso just to make sure it was not solely one or the other. I cannot access the reshade menu via pressing the home button without the whole of eso doing an alt+f4. Anyone else having the same issue?
