Where is the fun Factor?

ZOS, you really need to look at what they're doing, you're starting to take the fun aspect out of a game. For the first time last night I started to get frustrated with the game. Last night I logged in and pick up the daily for killing 3 dragons in N Elsweyr, I spotted a dragon that just started flying around the most northern dragon location which is near a wayshrine, so after I pick up the daily and as I'm heading back to the wayshrine, I get the blue screen and have to restart the game. By the time I log back in, get to the dragon location, the dragon is obviously gone. I then wait and wait and wait, noticing the other dragon locations are spawning dragons but not this northern one.

So after a good while, I mount up and head for the center dragon location, keep in mind, I'm leveling up a level 38 stamplar so my mount speed is really low and I haven't explored N Elsweyr with this toon, so I have to ride this out, I start noticing when the stamina drops to zero, the mount speed significantly drops off to almost walking speed. I thinking great, now they've screwed up mount speed too. I'm halfway to the center location and a dragon spawns at the northern location...just great, I dismount and I spawn back at that northern wayshrine and kill the dragon, One ticket....Hmmm?? I hang out what seems like another lifetime with no dragons, I mount up and head back to the center location (which took a thousands years its seems) and killed another dragon, but no ticket this time...just great

I look at the S Elsweyr map (which I haven't explored with this toon either) and I can hit the towns wayshrine (I can't remember the towns name..cut me a break, I'm at work, its early and I'm on my first cup of coffee) and search for the dragons there, same problem, mount speed is totally in the dirt and I'm missing the dragons. So finally I get the dragon kill and another ticket and I notice I didn't pick up the 3rd dragon kill for the daily, So I go back to N Elsweyr and a dragon is at the at northern spot again, perfect right? I head out to the location and blue screen hits again. I log back in and wait for another dragon (I'm at the northern spot), started texting in chat with guildies and in zone to pass the time, a dragon spawns, I get the kill, pick up the daily and I turned off the game.

All in all, this took roughly 3 hours. ZOS...I don't know what's going on in your offices but you're sapping the fun factor out of the game. Don't misunderstand this post, this isn't a bandwagon bash ZOS post like so many we see. I'm upset over this because I enjoy your game, been playing for years and I want to continue to play, but you're really starting to kill it. I'm a building manager for over 1.1 million sq ft, I understand you're not gonna please everyone and they're problems to work out, I understand that. I worked 10.5 hours yesterday, two hours to get home, traffic was a mess and all I want to do is grab a drink, kick back in my recliner and chill for the evening...but the game last night was ridiculous, riding my Harley in a hail storm would have been more fun than what happened last night.

I've said my piece, working a half day today and hopefully ESO will be a better experience over this long weekend, looking to hang with my guildies and farm False God.

My advise: during this event stick to one hunting ground during high populated times, don't travel around because it's a waste of time. Dragons are killed pretty fast even with the new mechanics they have.

My experience: yesterday I traveled from a shrine to a shrine to kill a dragon (I started the travel when the dragon landed) and when I respawned at the other shrine the dragon icon was already fragmented and he was gone 1 minute after I started running to him...

The event info clearly states that you get one ticket for the N Elsweyr dragon kill and 1 ticket for the S Elsweyr dragon kill, so that's working as intended.

The mount speed thing was a new change they made to streamline how the servers handle speed. I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, Sprint feels much better on my magicka characters. On the other hand, my non-leveled mounts have to use Rapid Manuevers from Cyrodiil or I get that sprint-stop-sprint-stop thing you complain about.

I'm with you on the mount stamina thing. On my maxed out characters it doesn't make a difference, but on my poor alts, ouch. It's awful and you get dismounted by every mob as well. But as said above, it really is better atm to just wait by a spawn point. In S Elsweyr they spawn very fast, in N Elsweyr you might want to bring a book to read while you wait...

Northern Elsweyr layout is a disaster.

Thankfully they learned and Southern Elsweyr is much better.

Absolutely no one is doing dragons in the north

Hey, it seems logical when the event is not active, but, really, if you took some time and observed the map, you wold see that there is a Zerg train running around and killing them fast.
So basically, all you needed to do, is to wait like 10 minutes at the current location and the dragon would spawn again with the zerg train following.
So basically,m if you want to make your life easier during the event, and you do not have all the shrines open across the map to follow Zerg, just stay at the last dragon kill location for like 10 minutes, and the dragon will spawn. Because during the event, zerg needs like 5 minutes to kill one.
Also I did not get one bsod, not sure are you playing on console or PC, but on Pc I did not have any issues with game crashing, so I have nothing useful to say.
