So, suppose I buy one month of ESO Plus subscription, then let the subscription end.
Are there any benefits from the 1 month subscription still active after the ESO plus subscription ends?

A months crowns (1650 iirc), nothing else, so not even enough to buy the latest DLC

Any skill line you unlock, like dark brotherhood, you get to keep.

a lot of the dlcs have unlocks like outfits/emotes/etc that once unlocked you get to keep. You can also use that month to stockpile as many materials in the craft bag as possible to alleviate storage issues for a time (after eso+ ends your stowed crafting mats stay in the bag, you can remove but not add back into until you have eso+ again)

Items stored in the craft bag stay in there and are still accessible, just can't put anything back into the craft bag with no ESO+.

Can stash stuff into bank and decorate a house to their ESO+ limits during the sub, but you will not be able to add anything else afterward to either until you remove enough to get back below non-ESO+ limits.

Any costumes dyed with ESO+ will stay that way.

The crowns given with ESO+ obviously stay around until spent.

Anything earned from unbought DLC content is still usable.

So there are a lot of benefits that technically stick around in some form, just not fully.

I believe once you unlock skill lines such as with DB, Psijic and jewelry crafting you retain that. You should gain access to all of that during that month long subscription but you will need to do the needed work to fully obtain then during that period of time.

There's speculation there might be a trial of plus tomorrow (Thursday). You might want to wait until Friday to see if it happens.

    • Crowns - you keep those until you spend them.
    • Any materials in the craft bag will stay there (but new ones won't go in and they'll be used before ones in your inventory or bank).
    • Any costumes you dyed will stay dyed.
    • Any DLC items like the pet from Orsinimum will stay unlocked on your account and available to use.
    • Any progess you made in exploring maps, doing quests, unlocking skill lines etc. will stay but you will not be able to do more.
    • Any items you got from DLC areas/quests, motifs you unlocked etc. will still be available to you.
    • Any items you put in your houses over the base item limit will stay, and you can move them around, but if you remove them you cannot put them back and you cannot add anything until you remove enough to drop below the limit.
    • Same for bank space - if you go over your non-ESO+ limit all the items will stay but you can't add anything until you free up space.
    • Any crown store special offer items (like the statues for houses) you buy will stay on your account.

None other than you can fill your bank and craft bag beyond capacity

sets and JC are behind a paywall so if you want to keep doing JC writs for eg etc you have to keep paying. which is fkn rude if you ask me

We get the "Naive among the nations" badge, believing they will spend some of those money to fix performance.

*PC EU subcribers get special achievement: "Incurable optimist".
"We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."
    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

Unless you are very disciplined in warehouse management ESO+ leaves you with overfilled bank. It's permanent until you get rid of the junk of course. Also mats in craft bag are accessible (which is nice) and when crafting are consumed first before mats in bank and inventory (which has potential to make the mess even more painful).

    Monetizing inventory is evil.

Edit: Plus whatever collectibles you unlock from DLC during ESO+ stays and dyed costumes stay dyed. If you decide to buy Crowns out of sale, ESO+ canceled immediately is the best way. Unless you are into random dungeons but not into DLC ones.

If you get ESO+ be very careful to clean the warehouse before ESO+ ends or it will be painful. Almost quit the game myself from the experience.

If there's a specific DLC you want regular access to you can just buy it from the crown store. That way you only have to pay once and you have it forever.

Any furniture you put down while you had a double limit will remain in place. But you won't be able to put any more, obviously.
