Sooo....ZOS will issue a bright red banner that locks the screen in all forum threads for issues with ESO Store purchases (unsure if they refer to Crown Store, or ESO purchases in general, which still translates to Crowns anyways)...

BUT, they don't make a big deal about all of the current bugs, performance, glitches and server drops...

There is your proof for anyone still holding to hope that ZOS is competent to implement any of these "performance" fixes coming up!

So hold on. Now they are gonna defend the store? I understand the zenimax company in own hands and the founders controling *itsjustworks* on a leash, but this is just pure nonsense. There is different between sane decisions and money grab. And this is about money. They already losed f76. And skyrim is already considered/announced for ps5 and new xbox. Right now. EA if not even perfect. But on the freakin good way. They released fallen order without cashgrab and already sold much and beated records. Even remade the deal with steam. While under it zenimax puring oil to the already burning fire with monthly fee for f76 and now the leaked out informations about the slow and painful progress of starfield with again an unbeatable release date which will cause a messy game just like eso suffered back then in 2014 (lots of content was cut because of that), or now f76. Because all they want is money and forced them to build a fallout game under 2 years!! Eso under 3-4. And would have need more.

iirc the store has nothing to do with the devs. It has its own team with its own resources.

Iirc the ‘devs’ aren’t the ones who are doing the backend server programming either.

The ‘devs’ create content, they don’t do debugging or performance work. That’s another ‘team’ of people.

It’s relatively easy to update and debug a little internet shop like the Crown Store. It’s a whole lot more complicated trying to fix a game.
