Are we out of pre Alpha or not?

Simple Question....

Game has more Problems regarding Server Performance and stability then 1 year ago. Balance gets changed every 3 Months to a completly new meta.

This doesnt feel like your are fine Tuning a Game. Its feels like you are still in early development... Skills changing from one use to the complete opposite (Bound armaments for example).

Just crazy whats going on Here. Every week the PC EU Server has a major issue.... Come in, get your stuff together...

Well, Teso this days have an inverse development progression - we where playing Beta all this years, but now game returns to pre Alpha.

Still at concept stage then because they have no idea what they wont it to be are even how to make it work right
