Baertram✭✭✭✭✭Well, you should definately tell us what the addons should assist you with or there are way too many to tell you.
I alwas recommand these:
"AdvancedFilters Updated" e.g. for better inventory management
"DoItAll" for bulk deconstruction/bank/mail/trade
"Votans Minimap" for the game's map in a small moveable minimap window
"Skyshards" to show skyshard positions
"Lorebooks" to show book positions (lore, mages guild)
"Destinations" to show POIs etc. on the map but only if you do not want to explore them on your own!

Baertram✭✭✭✭✭Well, either go to www.esoui.com and use the addon search (https://www.esoui.com/downloads/search.php) with search terms like "grim", "bound arma", "relent" or even "buff" and you'll find them!
Or do the same within the Minion addon manager's "Find new" tab and use the searhc box at the upper right edge.
Or check the combat addon section:

Or you can use general buff trackers like
Srendar
Auramastery
and define your own buff ids / abilityId you want to track in special buff bars.
