Dev's Need to play Battle grounds Solo!

It appears to me that the dev's are not playing the game. I feel the should be required to play the mods they create. No cheating just go in on lap top, not the server with god powers, and play the game. The only way they will understand the torment, and imbalance they have created is to play it them selves. I'm not kidding go play the game.
