You can't tell if you solo queue as a DD, but as a tank or a healer, if it's not instant or near instant, requeue and it will instantly pop. The group finder is still wonky and sometimes you're queued but not actually in the queue...

One thing that surprised me last night was that, after I finished to login - which is the hardest part on EU-PC during events - the GF actually worked well, albeit with a full group. There was one glitch though, I tried to queue for vICP and it kept failing because it said one of the players doesn't have the DLC, although we all had, since we ported manually and it worked.
