Impressario preview - tickets gone. UPD: items destroyed - tickets not returned

I had 12 tickets.
I went to Impressario to have a look at the styles. Just to look, not to buy immediately.
First strange thing - I noticed I have 7 tickets, not 12. I'm SURE I didn't pressed E button to buy anything! I tired again with other character... Just a preview. Another 5 tickets gone. I have 2 useless pages. I didn't want them! What to do?

UPD: contacted support team, they told me to destroy 2 opal pages. I destroyed pages and reported to support team. And... they did not return my tickets. They are 2/12. I'm fed up with event mess. Frustrated, upset. To Oblivion with any events.

    Send a ticket in game. Wait for the automated reply, then reply to that stating your issue clearly. I once bought something from the Impresario by mistake, support asked me to delete the item so they would refund my tickets, I did it and got my tickets back. In your case, since the style pages have gone to your collections, I don't know if it's as easily solved though.

    I think they are not in collection - I didn't use them, they look like pages sitting in the inventory. I hope I can get tickets back...

    I did the exact same thing but I spent 10 tickets on 2 pages I was only trying to preview, a little lag and a single click turns into a double click. I submitted a ticket so hopefully they can refund my tickets.

    This happened to me a few events ago - input lag and I ended up buying the pet instead of the style page I wanted. Ticket to support, they fixed me right up.

    You logged out after destroying the pages, right? Just checking to be sure. When I’ve been refunded for Crown store items, I would at support’s direction, destroy the item and then log off, and then my Crowns would always be restored next time I logged in. I think it may not be possible to replace Crowns/tickets/etc. while you are logged in.

    Otherwise, as others have said, submit another ticket (or follow up on your current one if appropriate) and I’m sure you’ll be refunded!

    They told me: destroy pages and report, and tickets will be returned. So I did - destroyed pages, wrote a letter.

    Make sure you update the same ticket
