crafting stations bugging out while upgrading or decon

Lately when I use a crafting station (woodworking, clothing and blacksmithing) I run into errors while either upgrading or deconstructing weapons and armor. The only way to fix it is to reload ui or to log off, the stations are otherwise not usable. It seems to happen frequently after the latest update.
