Whilst I can understand that might be the issue, it shouldn't be the excuse. If ZOS couldn't handle the EU servers covering such a large section of the globe and community they should have designed around that.Alienoutlaw wrote: »the problem is the EU server does not just Cover the EU, it also covers S Africa, Russia, Australia & New Zealand, whilst some ppl use the NA server the majority do not hence the customer base for the EU server is probably 4-5 times that of the NA server.
as you can see from this diagram the imbalance is plain to see
I have no idea how you managed to post pics.
Anyways, I've been a member since January 8, 2014 but that ends today, cancelled my subscription.

Let me stop you right there and throw a big that's not my problem at you.
If the servers are full, expand them. If they can't expand them, get new ones. My only choices here are whether to keep paying and whether to keep playing. I don't give a flying hoot about underlying issues. That's on ZOS' end, and it's their job to fix. If this were the first time we've had problems, I'd feel more sympathy towards them, but it's not, so I'm all out of sympathy.
Greetings, we've removed a few comments that were derailing into real world politics. Please remember to keep comments constructive and on topic. Thank you.

I did not receive any such e-mail when I cancelled as the PC EU server was trying during the Witches Festival event.

To confirm these emails do go to them, as when I cancelled previously and sent an email it went to one of their support staff who's helped me with a number of issues in the past.Greetings,

If you feel as I do, post proof of your cancellation here. And if you have ever bought crowns, please consider not buying them until we've seen actual change. Let's at least see if we can come together as a community to demand a functioning game that is about more than keeping the microtransactions flowing. And if that doesn't work, then I'm sad to say ESO will no longer be a game I can play. I can only hope that we can demonstrate to ZOS that fixing the game is to our mutual benefit.

I would remind everyone that if you do email them via this to be polite as that person receiving it is not the person you're angry at.
It was raised with them in the past about how there is no automated form/fill box when you cancel to give feedback.I also received the subscription cancellation confirmation email with the email address to provide feedback, as Turelus stated above.
It would have been better if they had provided a short inquiry during the process, even if replying wasn't mandatory. I doubt many people bother to read all of the official confirmation email, let alone take the time to send feedback to a different email address.
