Can't log in

I was doing a public dungeon when I suddenly couldn't interact with anything. I couldn't loot items or fight anything. So I asked to re-log only to get kicked completely out of the game. I tried to start the game again only to get the "you're already logged in" error. Then I tried again getting a never ending requesting log-in screen. So I closed the game down completely. Now I'm getting "An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact costumer service...". I've been trying to log in for the past half hour without any success.
