DK took a nerf to the knee

So ZOS said DK is the dot class and gave us that 33% buff passive for 2 class dots.

Necro has harder hitting dots, my warden healer has 2 harder hitting class dots, and even on my mag dk my strongest dot isn't a class skill and 2nd most viable dot is volatile armor.

Add the insane cost of searing strike and fiery breath, and is it even worth it? I took strike off because the heal is a joke now and I get more use from flames of oblivion x2 to proc my whip.

So now I've redone my cp with 72 in direct damage and 0 in thaum(lmao) and this is the best setup I've found so far for actually doing damage.

So can we quit pretending DK is the dot class and give DK more burst?

    Gonna have to agree on that ridiculous "DK is a DoT class" sentiment.

    Warden (which I also play) now has better burst damage AND a better DoT skill than DK. Swarm's tool tip with minor vulrenability is great and outperforms 14 SECOND Claw at any times.

    They also got a free purge on a free cost skill, which no one asked for. If you go to a Warden Feedback post, you can see there are main Wardens who themselves are saying the purge wasn't necessary and are afraid they're gonna get nerfed hard.

    I also stated before how Necro's (which I also play) passives are 100 times better than DK's (half are useless and other half are directed towards either MagDK or StamDK).

    Do not worry. Even our skills do not worc correct !

    For example moltan armaments do not work on restoration staff.

    We get not 50% add but 0%.

    Why ? I do not know, some bug again.

    Necromancer hit with restoration stuff 25+ % harder just becouse of passives than we do with our moltan armaments.

    15% add from dot damage passive (hits from restro calculate as dots), 1500 penetration, 3% just for skill in slot + crit on low enemy hp.

    I get no answer from zos for 5+ month, my skill do not work !!!

    I am just ignored, my tickets are ignored, topicks are ignored.

    Now build that look like:
    Wall of elements swap, chain with 2 light atrack empower, light attack, dk dot or flames of oblivion light attack, chain light attack, molten whip, light attack, chain light attack, dk dot or flames of oblivion light attack, molten whip ... Do not look like joke any more, becouse all skills are so bad, that chain can do more dps :))) on paper - do not check it in reality.

    Devs don't understand that the only way to kill infinite patches is to buff everything.
    Balance is not only idealistic and a fantasy, but it's also boring.

    What balance?

    They fix skills, and in patch notes: we fix it.

    In reality do not work again !

    DK been taking to the knee.. chins, head, stomach, back, eyes, foot for years; every patches/updates. No change; working as intended.
