arenas and trials (sans craglorn ones) are not hyped enough in terms of lore, they're usually just there and have a self contained story

if the whole year (including the expansion) just builds up to the Q4 arena/trial, that'd be epic and I'd re sub

what even is the story of blackrose prison?

does it even change anything outside of the prison?

does it even really change anything inside the prison because it's instanced?

it is an unimpactful encounter

same with cloudrest and all the other things.

Only craglorn trials had any sort of meaningful lore

MoL was pretty good too

Year of the Arena = Year of Meaningful experiences (as opposed to year of stimulus)
