3 obvious bug still not addressed or fixed in latest ps4 patch

Hel ra rock still accessible as before, and people still abusing and glitching it out as before, does ZOS not know about this? Please patch it up again and fix it for good. Not happy to do rock strats when asked to.
AA hm meteor and atro spawn bug still not mentioned or addressed, does ZOS actually know it’s bugged seriously unable to complete hm due to speeded up spawn rates.
Browsing trading guilds via bank, when switching to a different trader the serious ui bug that blocked half the screen forcing you to quit the whole menu, it’s super annoying didn’t even get fixed or mentioned, does ZOS not know?
If ZOS doesn’t know, I’m now reporting those bugs a 3rd time.
