Reaper's March Treasure Map for Glenmoril Bow

My character had the Reaper's March Treasure Map in her inventory so I used it. I went to Reaper's March, picked up the Glenmoril bow, and used it. I got the notification that the bow was in my collections. After that I did several world bosses and other stuff and then went to Deshaan to cleanup my inventory and, lo and behold, the Reaper's March treasure map is back in my inventory. I checked 'Collections' and the bow was no longer there. I did not return to Reaper's March to try again for the bow as it was time for me to logout. Why did this happen and has it happened to anyone else?
