Bug Report: Cannot teleport from the Village of the Lost public dungeon and Colharbor zone

The issue is in the title. When I try to teleport to Grahtwood from any of these, I got an endless loadscreen. Walking away from the Village of the Lost public dungeon to Coldharbor zone through the exit portal works normally, but that's it. I can't leave Coldharbor and my main character is basically stuck there at the moment. The situation persists since the latest DLC release, and any of the fixes since that time haven't changed it.
