I just created a pvp stamplar. Wanted to know if I taunt players using SnB skill(which reduces target resistance) repeatedly , would it stack thus reaching max benefit ? Or it only works by using different skills?

Yes, it is possible to spam the same skill multiple times to proc ravager. Dont forget your power of the light will also proc it

it stacks when my DK skill Nox breath is spammed....

just careful it only register when it's a hit. if ur target dodge ur taunt, it won't add another stack.

So is nmg with ravager a good idea? Been thinking about it but the sustain will be bad I think 🤔

Last I tested if you use something like caltrops for major fracture it wont proc the 4th stack in 4 ticks. The set misses one tick due to timing issues, taking an additional second to build stacks.

nmg is not great anymore considering you can just run caltrops instead.

i dont think caltrops is even good anymore after the huge nerf

caltrops is garbage now, both in PvE and PvP.

and it wasn't even OP before lol

Yeah caltrops would pretty much only be used as a way to gain aoe major fracture on a class like stam sorc

On Stamina Templar you can use 4x PotL and reach maximum stacks quite fast. I generally tended to do that even before the set was changed, by putting that skill on multiple players, before going in with Biting Jabs and mixing in a DBoS. So I retained the set and proc it even more reliably than before, when it was kinda RNG. On classes that don't have access to resistance debuffs you can either use it with Ransack - not really recommended, since that skill damage was nerfed hard - or pair it with NMG, a crafted set with decent damage stats and group utility (AoE Major Fracture). Ex. on a Stamina Sorcerer you can go NMG+Ravager and it will work very well - Hurricane will debuff every enemy close to you and you'll get stacks up in 4-5s.
