    Thanks.

I haven't played Cyro/IC that much lately, but that said it should work fine still as long as your opponents aren't too tanky and can be dropped into execute range (easier the more there are stacked, so can be funny if you can survive 4-5 seconds vs a big zerg for the Azureblight to proc).

Good/tanky players in CP can be hard to burst down though (compared to fighting the same players in noCP), but that's the case for all builds I've played this patch.

The new Bound Armaments comes really handy in there since you need a bit of extra oomph to drop them in execute: stampede->onslaught->streak->4 stack bound armaments->stampede->rev slice for example would be a common rotation vs a tanky CP player.

Azureblight is pretty cool, essentially unlimited AOE dps if you can spread get enough AOE dots. Using Kr'ag is an elegant touch...I think it ticks every .4 seconds, really ramping up Azureblight.

    Great build.

There's a few things you can do, but usually I like to just charge in with Stampede, Streak over them, Stampede back in and that's more or less when the Azureblight goes off (it really takes just 3-4 seconds to go off) & target drops in execute range for Rev Slice. Onslaught/Bound Armaments if they're still too high health somehow.

Most important part really is making sure you always have the buffs up, because those are what keeps the Azureblight proccing on everyone around you.

Azureblight set will be way more popular for PvP and BGs if it was BoE set.

Looks like very fun build, have you tried negate to proc it as well? Could be nice if timed right when its close to proccing on a few people + streak for the stun.

Seems hard to use without the addon though.

    Hey Decimus!

Very nice build! Last patch, i played a similar build on my StamNB, pairing AzureBlight with Vicecannon and the Maelstrom 2H. I considered also trying it on my Stamsorc this patch, but for that i need to farm the jewelry, as i do not want to play it in medium like you do here. And i am just not getting the drops :(

    I do have some constructive feedback for you and the build though;

    1. Based on your video, you spend very little time in front of you opponents. If you take hits dealt on Kragh, i am quite sure it is very low compared to what you get. I would recommend trying out Skoria instead. I believe the damage increase in burst format, will help significantly more than Kragh does.

    2. A very important point you forgot to mention, is that Stampede AOE will proc and re-proc the VMA 2H. Anyone who touches the AOE will get the VMSA 2H bleed on them, and it will refrehs every milisecond you touch/stand it the AOE. So the 7 seconds of the vMSA 2H DoT will only start counting, once your opponent moves out. So the actual damage delivered by this is very often 10-11 ticks, with 10-11k damage instead of 7 ticks at 7k as per tooltip. This is very important, because this ticks every second, and is actually the main dot for proccing your Azureblight. When you proc that azureblight after 4 seconds, 4-5 out of 20 dot ticks will be the VMSA 2H. That is massive.

im sure he uses the krags because its a high tick aoe dot.

Negate can be fun, yeah - it also stacks it up. That said, Onslaught makes sure the set hits really, really hard and enables a lot more burst. I'll have to play more with Negate before forming an opinion though.

And yes, the addon is super useful!

For those wondering what he's talking about: I have the amount of Blight Seed stacks show up on an icon left of the opponent's health bar - this is done by utilizing the widget function of Bandits UI (https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1643-BanditsUserInterface.html#info).

Really useful as it lets you know when to time your burst, or just how far away you are from getting the next proc.

Thanks! And yeah, the set should work great on other classes as well - I've been considering trying it out on stam DK with Thurvokun (procs it), Shifting Standard (should proc it)... could be interesting :P

    As for your points:
    1. Need to try it out, but I really like Kra'gh because it stacks up Blight Seed (potentially on multiple people) so fast - it's usually an instant proc when you have Hurricane+Deadly Cloak up & charge a stack of players with Stampede.

It's true it often procs after you've streaked out etc, but the cooldown is also only 3 seconds and the proc chance is better than Skoria (10% on any dmg vs 8% on DoT dmg).

Skoria would be more burst though (Onslaught->Skoria+Blight Seed would really hurt), so I'll probably try it out at some point.
    2. I kinda mentioned it in the build video, but it's true I could've gone more into detail (specifically mentioned that the DoT keeps refreshing), will make sure to do that if I (have to) make an update video for this build in the next patch. Thanks!
