Can I upgrade to the collectors edition of Elsweyr if you bought the normal version by mistake?

So I bought the game about a month ago directly from steam, its was that deal where they were bundling the base game with summerset and Elsweyr. I thought I was getting the collectors edition when I bought it, turns out I didn't. Is it possible to upgrade my version to the collectors edition despite having already purchased the normal? While it would not be ideal I will buy the dlc again if it means I get the additional content, though I do hope there is a way to solve this issue without purchasing the entire DLC again.

You can purchase the Elsweyr Collector's Edition from the ESO store here. If you want to modify your original purchase made through Steam you will need to contact Steam support.
