Ball of Lightning Bug

Ball of Lightning currently has a bug that occurs VERY frequently and makes the skill annoying to use sometimes. I am not sure if it occurs to Streak, but this bug is different from the traditional streak bug we all know and love.

Description of bug: The sound and animation of the skill goes off, but you do not teleport. Resources are still consumed. Wastes a good 1-2 precious seconds.
This bug occurs much more often than the traditional streak bug, but is less damaging as it lasts for a shorter time (1-2s compared to 4s).

I have probably a hundred more happen to me the past 2 weeks, but obviously I do not have the time to edit all of them.

This is a remnant of the streak bug from last patch. Frequently occurs when your landing or starting area is uneven terrain or has obstacles.

It happens with streak too. It is basically a “fix” of previous streak bug. Now it is harder to notice you get bugged out but far less damaging as you pointed out. They didn’t really implement the “if player doesn’t move over 1m won’t consume resource part”. Perhaps the range is too small should probably get increased to 2m or something because you might be walking while BoL/streaking and the movement might be taken into account when you have high travel speed with buffs like major expedition.
