Dungeon finder - new problem?

Well, new to me and I use it a lot, especially during the witches festival. Queued as tank, got the invite, pressed "F" and nothing happened, no group and still queued. Went into PD in Deshaan and noticed no queue message on screen so had a look in DF again and I'm still queued. pressed "leave queue, asked if sure, yes, then still queued. Tried several time to quit but had to log out to clear.
