I've had this little problem for almost a month now:
I sent a ticket & did everything as instructed on
October 9th and I've heard nothing since.
Having heard nothing from support for over a week, I decided to tweet Bethesda Support. This was two weeks ago:
I'm a very patient person, but this is really testing my limits. Can I PLEASE get an update on my locked character?
