Stuck at loading screens entering BGs.

I still get stuck at loading screens while entering BGs. For around 3 minutes then i get thrown back to then normal game. Its been like this for a week now, i keep seing ZOS saying this is resolved but its clearly not. Can you PLEASE look into this?
