Yet another reaaon to remove cast time from Ultimates...

I just realized why I've been having difficulty casting ultimtes since U23... pre-U23, with GamepadUI and an Xbox controller casting an ultimate was a random selection of one of 3 choices:
1. LB skill
2. RB skill
3. Ultimate
I had gotten into the habit of "double clicking" RB+LB to make sure my ultimate would cast relatively reliably. So, post U23, I've been canceling ultimates, if they cast.
Post U23 it seems that "single clicking" RB+LB is a random choice of Ultimate or nothing. Gotta wait a few seconds to see if your ultimate actually cast because lag. So ultimate dumping is now an exercise in frustration, because my ultimate may not actually cast on time, or it may cast a few seconds later.
Can gamepadUI be updated to... actually work someday? It would be appreciated.
In b4 someone who only uses keyboard UI suggests I remap the buttons.
And yes, i've tried use xpadder... has just as much extra lag as gamepadUI, for me.
