Me healer : 1st vet - 22min waiting, 2nd vet - 26min waiting (I asked and dps had 40++min and tank "ages"). 3rd normal - 30++min and still running, yeah its a dlc.

Its now 45++min and people in my guild start asking in chat. Obviously some hours ago waiting times were extremely low (instant or some minutes) and whats now happening is not normal.0
