Anyhow, the only way to prevent a cc is to block or dodge the skill that ccs. If the cc passes block and/or dodge, you have to eat it and break free.

Yeah, that’s pretty much what I was thinking. I got a low stamina toon but I’ve become very good at managing my pool. I only dodge if absolutely necessary and my shields allow me to block less than most people.
I was kind of hoping ZOS added a spell that just negates knockdowns for 5-10 seconds or so. I used to use Mist Form but I stopped being a vampire a long time ago and really don’t want to go that route again.

There is immovable from the heavy armor skill tree, but it's really really really not worth it. Just build enough stam to never run out (12/14k should be enough if you don't dodge much and you don't have a stam weapon to heavy attack with), and train your reflexes in breaking free. 99% of kills on ok/good players come from ccs, it's one of the most fundamental mechanics of the game.
